Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or replacement.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

  • Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds and Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence are not eligible for return.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returning a product due to damage, defect, or error on our part will be covered by Emil Crafted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is for reasons other than our error.
